OKI Shop terms and conditions
These terms apply when a consumer or business customer purchases an OKI Shop solution directly from Okinet.
1. Supplier

2. Service
OKI Shop is a lightweight, individually configured online shop with a storefront, administration and the functions stated in the quotation or order confirmation. The standard service includes a licence for one shop, technical setup, hosting, maintenance, security updates and ordinary personal support for the agreed 12-month period. Domain registration, design work, product entry, payment services and special integrations are included only when expressly agreed.
3. Price and VAT
The standard price starts at €29.50 per month and is billed as a single payment of €354 for 12 months. The licence is included. The quotation or order confirmation states the specific price and any additional services. Okinet is covered by the French VAT exemption scheme: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code général des impôts. The stated amount is therefore the total amount payable.
4. Order and payment
Information on the website is an invitation to request a solution. A contract becomes binding when the customer accepts Okinet's quotation or order confirmation in writing. The available payment method is stated in the quotation, invoice or payment page. Unless otherwise agreed, the annual amount is due before the final shop goes live.
For business customers, late payment may incur interest at the rate provided by French law and the statutory fixed recovery charge of €40. No discount for early payment applies unless agreed in writing.
5. Trial and delivery
An advertised free trial shop is normally available for up to 30 days and is not a binding order. The delivery schedule is agreed individually and starts when the required material and any payment have been received. The customer must provide lawfully usable text, images, product data and necessary account information.
6. Term and renewal
The agreement runs for 12 months from the date stated in the order confirmation or invoice. Before the end of the period, Okinet sends a payment request for the following year. When the annual amount is paid on time, the agreement is renewed for a further 12 months, and the online shop, hosting, maintenance and support continue without interruption. No automatic card payment is made. The customer is under no obligation to renew and may simply choose not to pay the renewal request or notify Okinet before the end of the current period. If the agreement is not renewed, hosting, maintenance and support end on the expiry date. Before that date, the customer may request a copy of the shop and its data.
7. Licence and customer content
The customer owns their domain, product data, text, images and other original content. The customer receives a non-exclusive licence for one OKI Shop installation and may back it up, move it and allow another developer to work on it. The customer may not resell, publish or distribute OKI Shop as software or a template. See the full licence terms.
8. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the shop's products, prices, sales terms, statutory information, taxes and relationship with its own customers. Passwords must be protected and suspected misuse reported promptly. Okinet may temporarily restrict access where necessary for security, maintenance or to prevent unlawful content.
9. Defects, support and statutory guarantees
Report defects to hello@okinet.net with a clear description. Okinet will seek to correct reproducible defects within a reasonable time. Consumers benefit from the mandatory French statutory conformity guarantee for digital services and content and the rules on hidden defects. These rights are not limited by these terms. Ordinary support includes reasonable assistance with the delivered solution; major changes and new features may require a separate quotation.
10. Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer normally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Withdrawal may be communicated unambiguously to hello@okinet.net or using the form below.
If the consumer expressly requests that a service begin before the end of that period and later withdraws, a reasonable amount may be payable for work already performed. The right may be lost for a fully performed service or supplied digital content where the legal requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right have been met. Such consent is not inferred merely from acceptance of these terms.

11. Liability and force majeure
Okinet is liable under applicable mandatory law. Okinet cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet service or the performance of third-party services such as Stripe, domain registries and external email services. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Delay caused by an unforeseeable and unavoidable event beyond a party's control is governed by the rules on force majeure.
12. Complaints and consumer mediation
Complaints must first be sent in writing to hello@okinet.net. A consumer who does not receive a satisfactory resolution may use Okinet's consumer mediator free of charge:

A consumer who does not wish to receive marketing calls may register their number with Bloctel.
13. Governing law
The contract is governed by French law. A consumer nevertheless retains the mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence. Disputes are heard by the court having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
