Information and purposes

For enquiries, trials, orders and support, we may process your name, business, contact details, project description, correspondence, order and invoice information, and technical data needed for operation and security.

Processing is used to answer enquiries and perform a contract, meet accounting and recordkeeping obligations, and protect the site and services from misuse. Where processing is not necessary for a contract or legal obligation, it is based on Okinet’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its business.

Recipients and suppliers

Okinet accesses the information and shares it with suppliers only when necessary, such as hosting and email providers, Stripe for payments, and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Suppliers must process information in accordance with applicable instructions and data protection rules.

Analytics and cookies

Okishop.eu uses Plausible Analytics for simple visitor statistics, configured without advertising profiles or cookies for tracking across websites. Necessary technical information may be processed for security and delivery of the site.

Chat through Crisp

If you use the Crisp chat on the site, Okinet processes your messages and any contact details to answer your enquiry. Crisp supplies the chat service and processes conversation and technical information as part of that service. The chat may use technical cookies to maintain the conversation. You can always choose to contact Okinet by email instead.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are normally deleted or anonymised no later than three years after the last contact. Trial shop data is normally deleted no later than 30 days after the trial ends, unless an agreement is made or otherwise arranged. Customer and contract information is kept as long as necessary for the agreement and any claims. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the statutory period, normally ten years.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing where the conditions apply. Write to hello@okinet.net . You can also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL .
