Okinet collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, provide OKI Shop and meet legal obligations.

Data and purposes

For enquiries, trial shops, orders and support, we may process your name, business, contact details, project description, correspondence, order and invoice information, and technical data required for operation and security.

Processing is carried out to answer enquiries and perform a contract, meet accounting and record-keeping obligations, and protect the website and services from misuse. Where processing is not required for a contract or legal obligation, it is based on Okinet's legitimate interest in operating and securing its business.

Recipients and suppliers

Information is accessed by Okinet and shared only where necessary, for example with hosting and email providers, Stripe for payments, and professional advisers or public authorities where required by law. Suppliers may process data only under instructions and applicable data protection rules.

Analytics and cookies

Okishop.eu uses Plausible Analytics for basic visitor statistics. It is configured without advertising profiles and without cookies that track visitors across websites. Essential technical information may be processed for security and delivery of the website.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a contract are normally deleted or anonymised no later than three years after the last contact. Trial-shop data is normally deleted no later than 30 days after the trial ends unless a contract is concluded or otherwise agreed. Customer and contract information is kept for as long as the contract and potential claims require. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the statutory period, normally ten years.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing where the relevant conditions apply. Contact hello@okinet.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
