OKI Shop licence terms

The licence is included in the paid package and applies during the paid period to the copy of OKI Shop supplied by Okinet.

1. Your right to use the software

You receive a non-exclusive right to use, adapt and develop one copy of OKI Shop for your own shop or project while your licence is active and paid. This right is limited to the paid period.

2. Moving, backups and help from others

You may make backups, move the installation to other hosting and allow a technical partner to work on it. Moving does not remove the requirement for an active paid licence. A licence without Okinet hosting requires a separate agreement on price and duration.

3. One licence = one shop

The licence covers one shop or project. Test, staging and development copies for that same shop are allowed. You may change the domain without buying an additional licence for the same shop. The existing licence must remain active and paid.

4. No redistribution

You may not resell, publish, lend or distribute OKI Shop as software, a template or a product to third parties without Okinet’s written permission.

5. Copyright and your content

Copyright in the OKI Shop software remains with Okinet. You buy a licence to use the software, not its copyright. You retain your rights to your own domain, product data, text, images and other content.

6. Price and duration

The licence is included in the standard package at €28 per month or €299 for 12 months. It applies during the paid period and expires at its end unless renewed. After expiry, the shop may not continue operating with OKI Shop without a new paid licence agreement. You may retain an inactive archive copy for backups and data extraction. Your rights to your own content are unaffected. The trial grants only the temporary right described below. See the terms and conditions and order confirmation for payment and cancellation.

7. Free trial and transition to paid operation

A free trial shop grants temporary use for up to 30 days on a subdomain. You can try products, administration and, after approval, Stripe test payments without real money. The trial does not include your own domain, real payments or search engine preparation.

Your first payment is due only when you choose to continue and accept the agreed solution in writing. You pay for the first month or year before Okinet prepares the domain and real payments. The order confirmation states when the paid period begins. The trial does not automatically become a paid agreement.

These terms describe the current offer. Updating this page does not automatically change an existing agreement.
