OKI Shop licence terms

The licence is included in the price and applies to the copy of OKI Shop supplied by Okinet.

1. Your right of use

You receive a complete copy of OKI Shop and a non-exclusive right to use, customise and further develop it for your own online shop or project.

2. Moving, backups and third-party assistance

You may make backups, move the installation to another hosting provider and give a web developer or other technical partner access to work on your installation.

3. One licence = one shop

The licence applies to one online shop or project. Test, staging and development copies for the same shop are allowed, and you may change domain without purchasing another licence.

4. No redistribution

You may not resell, publish, lend or distribute OKI Shop as software, a template or a product to a third party without Okinet's written permission.

5. Copyright and customer content

Copyright in the OKI Shop software remains with Okinet. You purchase a right-of-use licence, not copyright in the software product. You retain rights in your domain, product data, text, images and other original content.

6. Price and term

The licence is included in the agreed price for the initial 12-month period. At expiry the customer may retain the supplied copy, but hosting, maintenance, security updates and support require a new agreement. The financial and time-related terms are set out in the terms and conditions and order confirmation.
