OKI Shop licence terms

These terms apply to the annual OKI Shop licence, which is included in the stated annual price.

1. Annual licence

The licence is valid for 12 months from activation or renewal. It allows you to use OKI Shop for one online shop during the paid licence period. You decide whether to renew the licence for another annual period.

2. Your right to use

You receive your own complete installation with all the shop files and may use, customise and continue developing it for the online shop or project covered by the licence.

3. What is included

While the licence is active, the price includes the OKI Shop licence, hosting with Okinet, technical maintenance, security updates and standard personal support. Special features and substantial customisations are agreed separately.

4. Moving, backups and third-party help

While the licence is active, you may make backups, move the installation to another suitable web host and give a web developer or other technical partner access to work on your installation.

5. One licence = one shop

The licence applies to one online shop or one project. Test, staging and development copies for the same shop are allowed, and you may also change domain without purchasing an additional licence.

6. No redistribution

You may not resell, publish, lend or distribute OKI Shop as software, a template or a product to third parties without written permission from Okinet.

7. Copyright and expiry

Copyright in the OKI Shop software itself remains with Okinet. You receive a time-limited right to use the software, not its copyright. If the licence is not renewed, the right to use and operate the OKI Shop software ends when the paid period expires. Your domain, images, text, product information and other data of your own remain yours.
