Good to know

Before you begin.

Do I have to design the shop myself?

No. The builder is an option. Okinet can help with a proposal and setup. We agree on the scope before work begins.

What can I do during the free 30 days?

You can work with your own products and images and try the administration on a temporary subdomain. After approval, you can make Stripe test payments. The trial shop is for evaluation and is not prepared for search engines.

When do I pay for the first time?

Only when you decide to continue and we have agreed on the solution. You pay €28 for the first month or €299 for the first year before Okinet prepares your domain and real payments. The trial does not automatically become a paid agreement.

Do I need a domain from the start?

No. The trial runs on a subdomain. When you continue, we can connect your domain and help with the technical setup.

Can I stop?

With monthly payments, you can cancel at the end of the paid month. With annual payment, the period is 12 months and you can choose not to renew. Write to Okinet if you wish to stop.

Can I move the shop to other hosting?

Yes. You can obtain a copy of your shop and move it. Using OKI Shop still requires an active paid licence, including on other hosting. Contact Okinet for the terms and price of a licence without hosting.

What help do I get after launch?

Ordinary personal support for the supplied solution is included. Major changes, new features and ongoing work on your content are agreed separately.
